    Dirty wash

    1/5
Not had a clean wash yet always have a dirty cup or plate

Terrible design, bottom tray allows plates and bowls to slip through

    1/5
Do not buy this product. The bottom tray has HUGE slats that a normal sized bowl or mug slips through entirely Disaster purchase and I am calling today to complain.

Good product, poor service from AO

    1/5
When fitting the dishwasher they cracked the existing pipe and left it leaking. I had to get a plumber out to replace the pipe and re-fit the dishwasher. Whilst AO have refunded the fitting cost, they are refusing to reimburse me for the plumbers labour and cost of the replacement piping. The actual dishwasher is fine but would not buy through AO again.

    Leaky

    1/5
Not great - 6th time of use it leaked through the door and flooded my kitchen

    Weak and useless

    2/5
It was weak. Never finished the washing process 100%, always some work left for us to do afterwards. Engineer came to see after 9 months, no improvement. Broke within 15 months. Unlike other fantastic Indesit products, this one is useless.

    Poor design

    2/5
Positive: cleans well Negative: extremely poor design of the top drawer. The folding shelf is completely useless, once down no cups fit underneath or above it. The saucer space in the top drawer is superfluous (leaves even less space for cups), as there's enough space down below. Uneconomical, as it has longer cleaning cycles than previous models. Noisy.

    Disappointing

    2/5
I'm disappointed in this product. The bottom rack is really wobbly and always comes off kilter, even when it's stacked evenly. The top rack design doesn't really fit anything properly! I've had an indesit slimline in the past which was great, but this one is very disappointing.

    Ok, but..

    3/5
It's ok but didn't realise it didnt have a delay timer so we can't now make use of cheap energy overnight on economy 7. Also the door doesn't lay flat and the wheels don't run properly (one fell off and the it ran better!?). We do like the way the the tablet door slides rather than pops open
