Was missing drainage pipe. Had to contact Beko to get one sent out.

Have been using this for a while now and can highly recommend it. Was a bit dubious when I purchased it as it is so different to my old tumble drier but it’s excellent. Very efficient, quiet and high quality. Highly recommend.

Good clear setting and functions, easy to use. But does take longer to dry the old tumble dryer, especially waistband on joggers and thicker clothes.

Very slow on drying time but very quiet and does the job if you give it time. It's what is to be expected for the orice

Not a fan takes a few hrs to dry a load but because it doesn't get really hot nothing shrinks
