There is no drum light. It never occurred to me to check but apparently it’s partly an eco thing and partly removing something people were not bothered about. It is also so lightweight that when you open the door it rocks slightly. Definitely doesn’t seem to be as good as the one it replaced.

I bought this dryer and I'm very, very unhappy with the service, it arrived at my place about two weeks ago and I still can't use it. Because it makes a very big head, it seems to me that it is broken, I asked the company to have someone come to fix it and I waited about two weeks and they told me that someone would come in six days

Product went dead 14 months after purchase, funny how its just past the warrenty.

Absolutely awful - no matter what setting you use clothes/bedding/towels never come out dry. Still have to dry everything by hanging to be able to put them away. Buy a better one! This is my third Beko dryer and the previous two have been fab.

Failed at 13 months old. Had light use. Do not buy this product. Effectivley now very expensive scrap metal which is not planet friendly.

Not impressed - 6 days old and something is not right with the machine , now have to wait a week for an engineer . I would expect the product to be replaced if it’s not right when I first bought it .

Total rubbish. Took all day to dry 3 washloads,cupboard dry would have meant putting away still damp,had to constantly check for dryness. Ruined 2 expensive jumpers of my wife using suggested programme,Beko "customer service"totally disinterested . It has been returned to AO 3 days after delivery.
