I have had this for 2 months now and I have to say it is not as good as my old machine. What it lacks is a reverse tumble, which helps to stop items getting tangled up. The outcome is that duvet covers get tangled into a ball, the outside of the ball dries and so the sensor thinks it has done its job but the inside of the ball is still wet and also very creased. The sensor is not very accurate, I would prefer just to set a time and judge myself how long it will take. It has a large drum, so you should be able to dry a duvet cover, sheet and pillow cases together but they get so tangled that they don’t dry and so I end up drying them separately. If I had realised that it did not have this reverse tumble function (it’s hardly new technology), I would not have bought it. I have to do far more ironing than I used to!

Driver kept updated on his arrival time, very courteous. My Tumble Dryer is fabulous, clothes dry in half the time.

I love the dryer, but it takes too long to dry due to the sensor. The other annoying problem is, it rolls up the bedding which makes it difficult to pull it apart. My old dryer never did this!.

Does the job. Creates quite a lot of heat on the outside and the iron dry sensor is not much use.

Not sure what to say as it’s my first tumble dryer ever. The door is v flimsy but there is a light and the appliance looks ok. I am struggling re timing as it’s all set programmes and sometimes I’m unsure how long and for what. I think the LED is small lights etc and I have to keep ref to guide. Never had a beko before or a TD so can’t compare to other brands. It dries ok once I have sorted it out but I’m not sure I’d have again. Hard to find any help!??????????

Great product very happy and easy to install, I spent a lot of time try to find quality vs value and I’m happy with my selection (my first tumble dryer too)

Does what we bought it to do but the door is quite flimsy and bends/flexes when opening so wondering when the glass door will crack.
