So in the interest of full disclosure, I have never had a tumble dryer before so can't compare this to anything else. That being said... This is GREAT! I was hesitant about buying something this pricy (I know it's not the most expensive out there and is probably considered mid-priced but for us this was a considered purchase) when there were cheaper versions out there. However, the efficiency and practicality of this machine makes it worth it. Ours is situated under the stairs on a tiled floor in an average sized 3 bed end terrace and it is so quiet! We can barely hear it. The app is great (I was dubious about the 'point' of it initially) as it can help you pick the best cycle for the items in the machine, it tells you how long is left on the cycle and also rough costs for use. I have used it several times now, testing all but 1 of the cycles and all have come out dry apart from 1 sheet which was ever so slightly damp in places. I will say this though... it was only on setting 2 (so not the super dry setting) and I had ignored the suggested setting/items mentioned in the app so it was probably my fault. All it needed was a quick blast on the shortest timed cycle and it was perfect. I love how it assesses how damp the items are and adjusts the cycle lenght accordingly. So, you could select the cotton cycle and it initially says it will take 2.5hrs (for example) and then it adjusts based on how quickly it's drying and the app will let you know it's only got 1.5hrs (for example). This is great for saving money and the environment. We have the series 5 washing machine and love it so this was always in the running as an option but it was recommended to us by someone and we would recommend it to someone else without any hesitation!

Excellent product works great and drys the clothes very gently, you can still smell the fabric conditioner , very quite as well , has a great little LED inside so you can see if everything is out . brilliant.

Fantastic dryer! Very easy to use with a clear display and simple functions. It dries very well unlike some other cheaper dryers I have had in the past which have ended a cycle with the clothes still damp. I hadn't realised it had wifi connectivity when I bought it and it certainly wouldn't have affected my purchase one way or the other, but it is quite nice to get an alert when the dryer has finish. It means I can go straight to it to get the clothes out rather than forgetting about it, leaving everything in it for the next five hours and having to deal with very creased clothes!

We love this. Best investment we've made especially with a baby on the way. Time and space saver.

So far so good. Replaced an old dryer than had done sterling service for many years. When you get used to something, it’s always a concern how you will get on with the new appliance. No worries with this dryer, easy to install and use. The option to plumb into a drain is good. The reservoir option is easy to access and empty. Towels and bedding dry well. Altogether very pleased.

More expensive than a normal tumble drier but well worth the money. Easy to use and clothes are always dry

… Lindt chocolate! We really are enjoying drying clothes with this tumble. We don’t have it hooked up to drain water so you have to pull out the water draw and empty between washes but this is no bother. It dries really quickly, and clothes smell gorgeous too. It’s as quiet as a tumble is. We have it in the utility room so we don’t really hear it. Better than having clothes on a rack for 4 days in winter drying slowly! In summer we hang out clothes in the garden so this is great for 6 months of the year. As some users have said, it does play a fancy tune at the end but we quite enjoy it!
