This is a great machine, bought two, one in white for my mum and one in graphite for myself. Both colours are very smart and modern looking. Machines are easy to use. Takes a tad longer to dry clothes perhaps due to the technology but it’s superbly efficient, which negates this in my opinion. Not had a heat pump prior to this- it’s not loud but not as quiet as I perhaps expected. Makes a very high whistling noise as it dries, which I think is the mechanism. No great concerns. Overall I think it’s a great machine so far with a brilliant guarantee.

Amazing product. Quiet. Easy to install. Easy to use. Straight forward to clean lint tray and empty water. Extremely energy efficient so I am happy to use regularly. Happy user.

A quiet and efficient machine. It takes a while to dry but it is worth it for the energy efficiency and the lack of creases in my clothes and sheets. AO delivery was Covid safe and my machine was put where I asked. Installation of the tumble dryer was extremely simple.

The product is excellent and so far proving to be a good purchase. Do watch the measurements though if considering it as we found that it only just squeezed into what should be a standard space for an appliance and the door is quite bulky.
