Wonderful dryer does a great job without overheating the clothes looks fabulous in kitchen good colour and added bonus of being A +++rating

once you understand the programms it a very good dryer, very quiet.

Fantastic product great on saving money in the long term

We was always warned about heat, pump, tumble dryers, NOT until we purchased this Semaung from Ao , will never use another electrical retailer ever again, and the best price match on the market

This heat pump dryer has not been as good or reliable as one we had previously (from a different brand). This one seemed a bit temperamental in relation to the dryer settings - it didn't always seem 'responsive' to the dampness of clothes and the same setting would give different outcomes even when other factors (weight of load, type of clothes) seemed consistent. The main problem we have had is that the machine failed just after two years of use i.e. just out of warranty. This was due to the filter at the bottom of the machine. We cleaned the filter appropriately, as directed and when the lights showed to check and change the filter, and we have been advised that because it is out of warranty we are liable to pay over £400 in repairs. This is not good.

First heat pump dryer and it takes some getting used to, mainly with longer drying tims and clothes not being so hot when they come out of the machine. Plenty of features on this one though and happy to have made the move from our old condenser dryer, as this should be cheaper to run and be more environmentally friendly.

Fab tumble dryer. Love that you can choose a wide range of cycles to suit your load. Particularly found the warm air cycle to finish off almost dry washing very helpful. Easy installation, and the hose that can be fitted to drain directly into waste brilliant as it saves faffing with emptying the drawer. Easy to clean and maintain.

So far, so good! It dries clothing effectively and is very eco friendly in terms of energy rating. It will be a game changer in the winter! Great product.
