Looks great and easy to work, it does take much longer than our traditional condenser we had before. It often takes two cycles to actually dry the clothes too but I feel it comes out softer than our previous machine and not so ‘crispy’.

Great dryer, never owned one before. Nice and quiet, looks great too. Loads of settings, easy to use. Price was brilliant for a Samsung.

So far so good but it’s taking time for me to get to grips with the connectability. When that is second nature I’ll be extremely happy. The machine looks good and the ability to control via the internet is a boon. One thing to be aware of is that the door opens to the right and can’t be changed. This would have affected where I had placed it had I realised sooner. The corresponding washer opens the other way so, if it’s important to you, please be aware. Other than that we are very pleased with this machine and the delivery and installation were great.

More efficient than my old tumble dryer and the heat pump is the way to go

Good looking and offering a lot of load choices. I like that it senses when the clothes are dry thus minimising run r times. Only had it a couple of weeks so cannot comment on reliability but so far so good. Happy with purchase and the ordering/delivery process.
