Excellent product, has been super so far, so easy to set up and use. I love the reminder to clear the filter, as it will hopefully prevent any build up and help prolong the life of the machine. Having the water collection tray located at the top is also really convenient and easier to manage than other models I have used where the tray is tucked away at the bottom.

I wasn’t sure about heat pump dryers. I’ve read some really poor reviews. I can only assume that people aren’t reading up on them or using them properly. I absolutely love this dryer. Full 10Kilo load comes up with 3hr 30 mins but generally takes just over an hour. It is very very economical to run. It’s quiet. Easy to empty. I’m really happy with my purchase.

Dries well, loads of good preset cycles. Thought the WiFi connectivity would be a bit of a gimmick but I've actually used it quite often from my phone to turn on the anti-wrinkle post cycle setting if I can't get the washing out straight away. Energy efficiency is good - trackable down to the penny with samsung smart things app - way better than my last dryer.

This product works very well BUT! After 26 months it died, The main logic board stopped working there for the whole tumble dryer stopped working. Because it only had 2 years warranty it took me a long time and I had to get information from citizens and some Martin Lewis advice to get this very expensive tumble dryer fixed. I just about managed to get the logic board replaced on warranty as they are more or less half the price of the tumble dryer brand new. A few months on from this the bearings are going and the seals have now gone on the tumble dryer so it now leaks damp air into the room which now makes it useless. This dryer came as a set with the same series washing machine which is also now dead and had to be replaced with a different brand. I will never be buying Samsung again very expensive and cheaply made
