This dryer is AMAZING! It hardly uses any electricity which is the reason we bought it even though it was one of the more expensive dryers. It is well designed, easy on the eye amd intuitive to use. It tells you when the filter/heat pump needs cleaning out and comes with a little brush that makes it easy to do. The water extracted is collected in a well at the top of the dryer. You just empty this out after each tumble dry (so no need for any vented pipework out the back... you just plug it in). It connects to a smartapp on your phone so you can see how much drying time is left etc. which we find very useful if out and about. Has made life so much easier for us... we love it! Definately would recommend this product... impressed!

Very unhappy with this product and the service from AO. First the installers didn’t actually plumb it into the mains water meaning that it doesn’t work to it’s best capacity. I wasn’t asked if I wanted this, it was next ti a washing machine so definitely possible and the first I knew ir wasn’t was when the water tank filled up and needed emptying. Second, the dryer rarely dries the load in one go - often turning off after 10 to 15 mins. I’ve called Samsung customer service (which is horrific) but for the price i expect something that doesn’t need constant fiddling with just to have a fighting chance that it works

Really like the drier, it makes clothes super soft, far nicer than my previous tumble. The only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is that the song it plays on completion is very long and I can’t find a way to change it so it’s a bit annoying! But a great tumble drier that also seems to be far more efficient on the electric than our old standard condenser tumble which is important at the moment.

I needed a dryer that hinged on the left side of the door. This one hinged on the right but the specification stated that the door was reversible so it seemed to fit the bill. Unfortunately the door cannot be reversed so the dryer had to be returned before I could use it.

Great tumble drier , takes longer to dry but cheaper to run

Great looking tumble dryer which is extremely user-friendly. Buying from AO was super easy and, as we were purchasing for our new home, it was really helpful that delivery could be held off until we had completed the purchase process. Lovely large drum, really quiet when in use and so easy to use. Highly recommend this product and the would always choose AO for my key appliances.

the extra drying time a heat pump dryer is reported to need due to the lower heat available seems to be compensated by the better cooling/condensing, the drying time shown for each programe seems to be just an estimate, and rarely takes as long, i'm guessing it wold have to be 100% loaded to take that long.

Very quiet...Clothes do come out softer and less creased....Only negative so far is it does take longer than the old conventional dryers, so if you like knocking all the washing out in one day like me, you have to plan it a bit better......Like the interaction within the home hub and the phone app...Because it is quiet you don't know if its on or finished being in the laundry room.....Definitely cheaper to run as I watched it on the smart meter...so I guess once you paid out the initial higher cost, you start saving on your electricity bill straight away....Probably not so much now as electric has gone up. Like it so far. Would recommend.
