Energy saving tumble dryer but it does take a extra 30minutes longer aload on my last hotpoint tumble dryer. Seems to be less electric used though so definitely better on the environment. Lovely big drum & plays a nice tune when finishes.

All in all this is a good dryer. Was a touch expensive but I'd say it is worth it and is the quality I would expect from Samsung. The only thing is that the standard program is quite long 3 hours but I guess that could be me not setting it up right or the energy efficiency.

It's a great tumble dryer for sure, lots of options, but for those reviewers saying how quick they think it is, I can't agree! Towels and sheets take a long time to get dry..... But it's super efficient, so compromise is slower drying times. App function is very good as my tumble dryer is upstairs so the reminder that it's finished is really helpful.

This is a very good tumble dryer! It's great to have more options than simply "hot" or "not". I am now confident to put sports kit on the synthetics setting. However, anyone saying it's fast - 3 hours for a fairly standard cycle?? Really? I had mixed items in and it said 2.5 hours or similar. I checked them at 1.15 and they were bone dry. Not sure what the extra 1.15 was going to do for the clothes so I just ended the cycle and took them out. I am used to doing all my sheets and towels in one day, back to back from washer to dryer, and would really like a "hot" fast cycle, but this just doesn't have it so I need to spread out doing sheets and towels which isn't very convenient. It's large enough that I may be able to do two sets of sheets in one drying cycle, hoping so, not tried yet. But cheap to run and gentle on things that need it so it's a compromise. App function is excellent.

So far so good. Only used it a couple of times and it’s worked fine.I have fluffy towels in my life now. Why wouldn’t you be happy with that. Only downside is if you want to use the app. I downloaded it but eventually gave up as it just wouldn’t work. Having said that, I’m not sure that it really detracts from the fundamental purpose.

This is a really quiet machine although it’s true what others say, the time to dry is very long but I believe this is to be expected on heat pump machines. The only thing that’s a slight design downfall is the different colour of the top front panel to the rest of the machine

The customer service was top class, kept me informed along the way with clear and accurate updates. The driver called me twice to check and agree delivery times. The tumble dryer looks great and worked as it should.

I initially chose this machine based on the 5 year warranty, as all others are now only 1 year (thank you Brexit...). I also wanted the BubbleSoak and the HygieneSteam function. Very happy with the purchase. I tried the BubbleSoak on my tea towels, linen tablecloths etc and it really makes a difference - can wash at 60 with brilliant white results where before I had to use 90. The Wifi function is great because you get a notification when it's done - no more discovering smelly laundry a couple of days later... The app is nice, but it does not incorporate all of the functions/programs of the machine, so I don't really use if for setting the programs. Nice touch is that it sends the right drying program directly to my Samsung tumble drier! It is very quiet, even when washing towels and bath mats, no more spin cycles that sound like the house is falling down. The supplied instructions are useless, you have to download the full manual online.
