Easy to use, intuitive program selection. Doesn’t always dry thoroughly on all programs. I am finding it’s better to use a timed drying cycle rather than rely on the preset program for some items, particularly bedding.

Had needed a new tumble drier for a long time deliberating what was the best value for money. Decided to choose this great product just like my washing machine. Good choice of programmes and you can even make your own ‘recipe’ programme. Very quiet. Amazing !

A good-looking and economical drier. The interior light is an excellent feature. Controls are easy to understand. I was surprised to read in the instructions that Samsung strongly recommends the machine is connected to a drain for the condensate to flow away. I wish I had known this before purchase as I have only recently capped off the drain next to where the tumble drier is installed! Some programmes take a long time, but you can set a timer for it to run overnight and be ready to unload in the morning. Clothes are soft and not creased, and ready to put in the airing cupboard.

My first heat pump tumble dryer and it works really well. I have been pleasantly surprised by how quickly and thoroughly it dries.

Great product. Very very cheap to run compared to my old dryer. Happy customer. I went for this model due to its efficiency and it is.

Who knew tumble dryers needed so many settings? A great machine that always me to dry sports kit if needed, sheets and bedding, and delicates too. The shelf for delicates such as jumpers is a great idea although I’ve not used it yet!
