Purchased this dishwasher to replace a Hisense one sold by AO. The Hisense was rubbish from day one, not cleaning properly. After a couple of months bits started falling off inside the drum. After struggling for about 3wks to get somebody to come out, they did and fixed the part back. Said it should clean better now......it didn't. This was followed by yet another part falling off which needed somebody out again after waiting for more than two weeks for that privilege. New part fitted, that should clean better now.... it didn't. This all happened in the first 12mths. At 14mths old it completely packed up, this time the control board failed. Despite having a 2yr warranty I wasn't interested in this HIsense junk any longer and ditched it for this Beko. Absolutely brilliant compared to the Hisense rubbish. We had a Beko one before and it lasted years, should have got one when that packed. Anyone thinking of purchasing a Hisense dishwasher, don't do it. Buy this one instead, far superior at dishwashing, leaving everything shiny and quieter in operation too.

Dead on arrival and waited a week for engineer to confirm that fact. Then told another 1-2 weeks for spare parts. Had to upgrade to a more expensive machine that still took a further week. Pityful compensation that did not cover the inconvenience or the difference for another machine.

Bought this one to replace a 12 year old Beko with a failed pump - not worth fixing as also rusty. This one does the job, usually on the 'quick and clean' programme, as the small extra energy use is worth it not to have to wait 3 hours. Dishes are coming out clean and dry. doesn't have fold down 'racks' on the bottom tray but I knew that. As usual, there's a design silly with the cutlery basket - pull out the flaps on top and chuck them to avoid playing cutlery ker-plunk. The display is a design disaster (a dim red LED panel with blurry symbols rather than indicator lights, hard to see) and the control knob feels flimsy. Instructions are obscure, but I did work out the incantation to change the water hardness setting. it's a bit noisy, probably due to the insulation coming out on one side when you open the door, and the door itself is wobbly - the unit is clearly much flimsier than the old one! Let's see what the technician says tomorrow, as have only had it 3 weeks have placed a call out in case this is going to get worse. hopefully can be fixed/replaced - but don't think we'll get 12 years out of this one!

IT’s sufficient for my use! Because I don’t really cook it a microwave! I just warm up and defrost in it .

Was excellent on first use. Unfortunately stopped working after that and now waiting over a week for an engineer to come and fix it.

The cheapest dishwasher and the tenants live it because it is quiet.

The updated basket this Beko has compared to our previous one is not as easy to load. We have glasses that don't want to sit well on the top rack. I bought this for the timed delay feature and that works well. I haven't figured out how you tell the cycle has finished from the display, though.

Excellent value for money. Simple programmes including eco wash. No fancy stuff or gimmicks. Just a straightforward brilliant dishwasher. Easy to remove filters for cleaning. Sensible racks that allow for awkward shape dishes etc. All round great design.
