The second time an attempt was made to wash some clothes, the machine filled with water and as the drum began to turn there was a burning smell and the circuit breaker in the fuse box tripped. Now there is a permanent error code and I cannot get the door open to get the washing out. Not impressed. Am waiting for a manufacturer's rep to come and have a look at it.

Very disappointing. Hopeless at drying dishes. User manual is does not show all icons in the control panel. Previously had a Bosch. That was leagues ahead of this Beko. Bought on basis of so many positive reviews. Mistake.

Dishwasher is faulty, the water does not drain and so does not work. Had to wait a week to get the technicians to come check if it was installed correctly and another week to wait for a Beko technician to check the exact same thing before it can be replaced. Very frustrating having no dishwasher for 3 weeks or more when a brand new one was just bought.

Not the best slimline dishwasher, I'm still considering swapping it. There's no way it can take 9 place settings with the way the baskets are set up. On the eco setting the drying section of the programme seems to take hours and still doesn't dry. I wish I'd bought a Bosch again

Had a becko dish washer a week leaks so got in touch with company to get it sorted . So far have not had a satisfactory solution to their engineers turning up to sort it out.wish I had bought locally now

Operating instructions quite poor. Nothing to indicate what the different settings are for. No timer on the display which is surprising these days. Can’t figure out how the top shelf fits. Again documentation unclear. Looks ok, works ok. Bought in a hurry but would not recommend.

Neat product that replaced a previous slimline dishwasher. I looked for simplicity in the controls as it was for my elderly mother who finds change challenging especially regarding digital panels. Dial is clear and simple with only 4 options. It would have been helpful to be able to determine the duration of each programme- the manual did not appear to have this info.

Efficient dishwasher. A little snug to fit and the stacking inside not as efficient as it could be re big plates and propellers - but it does the job. Had to run a vinegar wash to get rid of weird ‘new’ smell but fine now.
