So far it is an excellent product. The service of replacing and installing the new one was also amazing. The guys were very friendly and very very quick. They did everything. I just needed to remove the kick board. The dishwasher is quiet and cleans well. Lots of space inside for big plates etc.

I love the Samsung dishwasher it’s has such a good energy rating (B) and there is so much more room in it than my old one of the same size. I have found that just using the 1hr wash does clean the dishes /glasses wonderfully so really pleased with it.

I replaced an old Miele dishwasher for this. As much as it’s quite similar it has the added benefit of WiFi so as forgetful as I am I can go to bed and turn it on if the doors shut and loaded with detergent. Sadly the dishwasher internal capacity may be the same size but you cannot fit large mugs on the top rack at the same time as large plates on the bottom rack. Again comparing this to our old Miele it’s because the top rack on the Samsung is so much thicker and deeper. Overall I am very happy with it. Another lurking curve trying to load it. The top rack really is not good for anything bigger than a teacup but as you can raise/lower the rack it’s not too bad. I use it every day as opposed to every other day with the Miele purely due to the fact that the inside usable volume is smaller. If you can visit one set up take your most used plates, cups to try out before you buy. Would I buy again…. Not sure but hoping it will last another 20 odd years like the Miele.

Managed to fit lots into this dishwasher and it has always done a clean wash. Really easy to use as well. A month in and far so good

No issues whatsoever.
