Looks nice, and we generally only do buy Samsung products for our home. But this one, just doesn’t clean items thoroughly. And the draws are a pain to organise if you want to wash wine glasses etc or even tumblers. For 2 people we struggle to put all items in it and end up having to hand wash as well. Not what we bought a dishwasher for.

Packed with useful features. I love the massive cutlery tray at the top that removes the need for a basket in the bottom that always takes up so much room. Just take care not to overload the middle rack which can prevent the cutlery getting a good wash. Easy to fit, but you might have to enlarge the pipe hole to take the water cut-off valve at the end of the inlet pipe, which is a great safety feature. The controls and programmes are relatively easy to use, and the double displays make it so easy to see what is happening when setting or when the door is closed and it's running. I would recommend.

Very happy with the dishwasher, I had seen reports that the space inside wasn't enough for some people but I'm very happy with it, and the height adjustable top drawer can make more space for bigger items. The door opening at the end of the cycle really helps to ensure items stay dry.

We bought this dishwasher based on the performance of the Samsung washing machine and the Samsung American fridge freezer that we already have. I've never regretted buying anything so immediately ever before. If you have dinner plates bigger than 25cm (ours are 26.5) then you can forget about using the top shelf for anything taller than 12cm as the top shelf has 2 setting, useful and pointlessly small. So far, we have found that precludes you from washing pint glasses, measuring jugs and reasonable sized mugs on the top shelf - I'm sure there will be more things we haven't tried yet. Even a 12cm tall mug brushes the bottom of the cutlery draw. The cutlery rack is also terrible. The cutlery rack on the 11 year old Siemens dish washer that we replaced is miles ahead, as was the top shelf with 3 height settings on the Siemens. I've never come across such a poorly designed Samsung piece of kit. It seems inevitable that we will need to buy new plates etc. so we can use the dishwasher properly. Other than that, it's a nice looking piece of kit, it's Wifi connected (which little to no value) AOs service was faultless as usual. The water inlet pipe is the most over engineered thing I've ever seen and could cause problems if you have a tight space in the sink to attach it to the tap.

I love everything Samsung and this is no exception

Nice product but where hoses are positioned can mean machine sticks out from adjacent units a little.

Good dishwasher overall, the adjustment of the shelves could be better but the auto-door opening is really good at drying things faster.
