The tension springs on the door are not strong enough to hold the weight of the cupboard door.

I brought this product as I had recently purchased a Samsung washing machine. Unfortunately while it cleans well it is really badly built. It feels very flimsy. The racks are not sturdy and move side to side as you pull them out. The door has no weight to it and the catch only just holds the door shut. The dishwasher has to be level for the door to close, of course you level any appliance but it shows that the structure is very weak. Compared to my previous Bosch, they’re night and day apart in terms of quality. I wish I had not purchased this dishwasher and it will be replaced within a couple of years if it lasts that long.

Sorry to say, it’s just not very good. Doesn’t dry at all on any setting and seems to be really awkward to load. It replaced an 11 year old Indesit and all it’s done is make me realise just how good that was.

Very disappointed, I bought a Samsung as I have one their Washing Machines which is great. But the Dishwasher is not in the same category, it has far to few settings, ie. No rinse setting and the baskets are very poor quality and hard to load. Won't be recommending this to anyone.

So far, the dishwasher seems to be cleaning all my dishes, plates, cutlery etc. well, but it seems to be leaving water on the metal items that I use in the oven like baking trays, pans etc. which makes them go slightly rusty on the back due to the water pooling. I have read the instructions and I have an adequate amount of rinse aid / salt etc.

It fits perfectly. It appears good value however I haven’t actually used it yet.

I have to say that the service and communication was excellent in delivering just what I wanted. Delivery guys were polite, courteous and helpful. The Samsung Dishwasher is brilliant and so quiet compared to what it replaces. Adjustable Shelf is useful as our larger plates can fit and the layout inside is flexible for what our needs are. It fits more than you think so doesn’t even need to go on every day saving water also. Happy Customer for sure.
