I bought this dishwasher as I have other Samsung products and they're good! However, I would not recommend this appliance. Within 2 weeks it had a fault with the overflow, which left me with a flooded kitchen and floorboards lifted. The engineer came to fix it 5 days later and seems okay now. Also the cutlery tray at the top stops you from putting anything other than short glasses on the top basket. If you lower the top basket then you can't put normal size plates on the bottom basket. On certain programmes the dishwasher doesn't rinse properly and residue left on inside of the door. I asked AO to swap it for me but I have to give them 20% of cost, which I think is unfair. I have the AO membership and am within the 30 days.

Great dishwasher, love the cutlery draw in tge top it saves space on the bottom level for more dishes. Washes well. Looks nice.

DISHWASHER IS VERY QUIET. SITTING NEXT TO IT YOU CANT HEAR IT AT ALL. ONLY SLIGHT COMPLAINT IS THE CUTLERY DRAWER. IT IS TO LOW AND PLACING SAUCERS IN THE SHELF UNDERNEATH THE CATCH THE CUTLERY DRAQ

The design of this dishwasher has been very well thought out. The separate cutlery tray makes more efficient use of the space and the adaptability of the racks makes it easier to fit everything inside.

So far so good. Looks lovely in my kitchen.

Really pleased very quiet and plenty of room. Really like the separate cutlery draw. Plenty of choice with programmes to choose quicker programmes which use less electricity and water. Washes well. And easy to use. Have a few Samsung household appliances and all seem to be well made and not cheap and plasticky.
