Very good product - you need to read the manual to make sure you know what the programmes are for, very pleased with purchase.

Good appliance with a few small annoyances. Our Bosch machine of nearly 10 years broke down so replaced with this. It's slightly smaller than we're used to, we are unable to put pint glasses or even large tumblers in the top shelf due to the cutlery shelf above. If the top self is lowered then you cannot fit standard 10" plates below, we never had these issues with our old dishwasher. It also feels quite light weight and flimsy in comparison. It has good features, is very quient and probably much more eco efficient. All of our other applicances (washing machine, tumble dryer, standard fridge freezer and american frizge freezer) are all Samsung and we've been very impressed, this is the first product that we're not a huge fan of. It will do the job.

The cutlery drawer doesn't wash properly so have had to remove and buy a basket. Tall glasses don't fit with the cutlery drawer in anyway even if you lower the rack. The tablet function only works on a couple if settings not on all and we have always used tablets. it doesn't always clean well either, to be honest I've paid much less for ones that wash better. I reported the things I consider faults and have had an engineer out who said its in full working order. So nothing I can do other than warn you.

Had it for about a two weeks. I was almost put off this dishwasher having seen a few bad reviews on various sites, But I don’t see what they were about. My glasses come out sparkling. it’s easy to use, many options. 90% of the time the dishes are fully dry. And the not fitting full sized plates.. It’s got more than enough room and the fact each draw is adjustable in height.. yeah bang on.

The trays design was completely useless for our rather chunky Anglo-Saxon crockery. The real problem was the softener system was not working correctly and Samsung support were unhelpful.

Easy on the eye, cleans dishes very well. Not noisy.

Very pleased with this machine.

Brilliant dishwasher 10/10 so quiet as well.
