SO EASY TO USE

Looks very smart, lots of space for varying sized crockery and pots and pans.

The glasses don't fit and NEVER wash properly. The cutlery is always dirty and the plates don't fit. All the settings I have are as they should be, water pressure bang on and everything set up properly but it just doesn't wash. I've had lots of different dishwashers over the years but this one is my biggest regret - don't waste your money. I wanted to like it. I think AO are fab to deal with but this is the worst dishwasher known to mankind.

AO were great but this is the worst dishwasher I have ever had. It frequently doesn't dissolve the detergent (any brand, even liquid). Tried to phone Samsung on the number published online but it advises this is a possible scam number so went to the live chat which asks ludicrous questions like have you loaded it correctly and used a recommended cleaning product? Then they send you a link to a self help document which leaves you on your hands and knees trying to figure out if your water pressure is correct. Funny never had a problem with my Bosch on the same fittings! Gave up and just put up with it even though machine is only 8 months old, until tonight when it dumped water all over my kitchen, making a horrible noise. Have followed the troubleshooting advice published but it hasn't reset the machine. Not looking forward to making contact with their online chat service again. Have totally lost faith in this machine. In summary, DO buy from AO we have used them many times, just don't buy this dishwasher!

Great dishwasher the only annoying thing is the collapsible section on the lower drawer - I think I need to get used to it! Cups and glasses come out sparkling! Looks good and very quiet has a good choice of programs and the quick wash is very useful. Great capacity too I need to buy more crockery to actually fill it. Overall very happy with my purchase.

This dishwasher is really quiet. I really like it. It was easy to plug in and I love the digital panel. The top cutlery tray is really easy to use and so much easier when you want to put clean cutlery away as I put it in order of the cutlery slots in the drawer. The only negative is the top drawer not being easy to stack, but it's really a minor inconvenience.
