I really like this dishwasher, the cutlery drawer cleans so much better than the standard racks, the middle drawer if lowered means plates will hot the washer but I have enough space if raised. You can move part of the cutlery drawer across so I have been able to put wine glasses in the raised middle drawer with no issue. I did read that some people had issues with items not drying well but I have found using the express wash (1 hour) with a final extened sanitizing rinse (around 68oc for 20 mins) drys the items well and gets them clean. I liked this dishwasher and it was the cheapest of the ones I was considering. The only issue I had was fitting the water inlet tube into the hole under the sink as there is a box attached but I brought an extension for around £7.00 and it works fine.

Very good and attractive machine. Needs careful planning regarding loading and using the cutlery draw but once loaded correctly very good results even on the 1hr express setting.

Great dishwasher, although I think I would have gone with a utensil basket in retrospect. I have to push the middle drawer up as high as it will go so our plates fit in the lower drawer. With the middle drawer up, the cups don’t fit as the top utility drawer takes more headroom. You can adjust the utility drawer and that’s solved the problem for the most part, but had i realized having a utility drawer was going to cut out so much headroom for the other two drawers, I just would have gone with the basket.

AVOID at all costs, looks great and is very quiet but a completely useless dishwasher. Doesn't wash the powder off glasses properly. Leaves everything soaking wet on all settings. Powder tray gets stuck all the time leaving powder all up the door so needs to be run again. We are currently washing by hand. To add further insult to injury Samsung claim the machine is in perfect working order and want to bill you for the call out charge. They need to recall these machines immediately as they are not fit for purpose and refund all of us.

Do NOT buy. Drying is awful, cleaning is awful and customer service is even worse! This machine looks great but it doesn't function as it should do - dealing with Samsung customer service is something that has frustrated me more than any other customer service dept and I will NEVER buy another Samsung product again
