Very simple to use, much better than my old laptop still on Windows 8! Very fast too. So far doing everything I want it to do. Didn't want to use Microsoft as default everything, but managed to change that.

We have been wanting to upgrade our tired laptop for a while. Weeks of research on what would be the best "bang for buck" led us to the Asus with the risen 5 processor 8gb ram and 500gb drive. This was at a bargain price in the sales and delivery from AO was super fast.
