Very good machine. Easy to use. Easy to clean.

Very happy with this purchase. This bean to cup expresso machine delivers exactly what it promises. It is extremely simple to use and has enough variables to satisfy everyday needs. It appears to be robust in construction and doesn't take up too much room on the worktop.

Really disappointed with this product in comparison to other similarly priced alternatives. The milk frothing element is the real problem and for that reason I would strongly recommend not to purchase this item. I would return mine tomorrow if I could.

This is our second machine after 16 years of impeccable service. The quality in the materials is not what it used to be and the selection of the type of coffee is more complicated than it was. This is a matter of getting used to and we are delighted with the new machine. You won’t be disappointed.

After our last Krups finally does we bought this new updated version and it hasn’t failed to impress easy to use and set up abs great crema on the espresso would def recommend Obdont use the frother I have a seperate one for that’

first impressions very poor, arrived without water filter or hardness test, both of which appear in the quick start guide. suspect it has been left out the packet and will be raising with AO. If on the other hand it is not supplied with either, be warned you will need them in order to use the device if you follow the quickstart instructions.

Bought this on Black Friday deal and am delighted with it. Was looking for a machine that was relatively small and this fitted the bill. It’s my first bean to cup coffee machine and was very easy to set up, and to customise to favourite coffee settings. Needs a few runs through before it starts making coffee at required strength. Once that’s done, coffee is superb and the machine couldn’t be easier to use. Highly recommended.
