No need to pay hundreds of pounds for an espresso machine when this machine does exactly the same job. Call me a control freak but with this machine I decide which brand of coffee I use and how much and when to stop the flow. The milk frother is easy to use too, but don’t forget it can triple in volume. The instructions are all in diagram form so as long as you carefully follow the instructions for the first time it’s really easy to use. The cleaning instructions are quite comprehensive too all the components come apart for easy cleaning. I haven’t tried the ESE coffee pods yet I’m still having too much fun testing all the different ground coffees. I feel like a proper barista now Its a fabulous machine and I love it ??

Does what it says on the tin. Love the coffee. One thing to keep in mind is that this is an espresso machine so you need a small recipient for the output. A typical height mug will not fit under there.

Have upgraded from an older DeLonghi machine, very pleased with the clean design update. Colour is accurate when compared to the website. Nice to have a hidden water tank and a built in place to store the single dose basket. Also the full mobility of the steam wand is perfect for various size milk jugs. Delicious coffee and easy operation, what more can you ask for?

This is my first coffee machine, extremely easy to use and has simple features. For the price, it does what you want and paired with a good quality coffee and some frothing practice, I can see it providing a delicious cup of coffee. I had watched some videos on how to get the best out of the machine and I have invested in a different portafilter and removed the metal casing from the frother which has made the machine more advanced. All in all for someone who wants a good cup of coffee but doesn't want to spend too much - this machine is great for that.

Fantastic product... works brilliantly. Only downside is irs a bit noisy in the mornings!

I'm no coniseur when it comes to coffee but I was really starting to dislike the taste of my pod coffees. So I did a bit of research and decided on this machine as an upgrade from my pod one. A few errors and a few successful drinks later. I'm loving it. Yes still learning and had to watch a few YouTube videos , but so much nicer than the pod coffees. Takes a few minutes longer but worth it.
