Overall the De’Longhi is a very good coffee maker. It is a very nice looking machine, does not take up much space on your work surface & was quite easy to set up. The water tank which I have to say is quite small & has to be filled on a regular basis, because it cleans itself quite often, is made more manageable because it is at the front & easily accessible. I have just gone across from a pod machine & unless you are an expert, there will be quite a lot of trial and error on just how you like your coffee, but this could be quite fun. The one niggle & it is a small niggle is it only has one boiler, so you can’t dispense the coffee & at the same time froth your milk. But you have to look at how much it cost & the small footprint, if you want a double boiler you have to spend an awful lot more money. But as I said at the beginning this is a very good machine for the money.

Easy and make lovely coffee

Absolutely love this coffee machine. This was just what we needed without knowing it, it has made life so much easier. Gone are the days of grinding beans, etc. Delivery was super quick and such a bargain

Excellent machine. Easy to use, makes lovely coffee. A little loud but otherwise perfect.

Really easy to get started. Can program every option to your own tastes. Milk frother takes a bit of time to get right for cappuccinos,but it's worth persevering. Excellent appliance.

After a bit of tweaking with the settings (which I fully recommend you all do) and learning the various settings , this thing makes a pretty decent coffee. Recommend using some side ent quality beans in it too. I’ve only had it a week so far so can’t comment on reliability yet.

I have had 3 of these in as many months and each one stopped frothing the milk and heating it after several weeks. Looks lovely in the kitchen and the coffee was great but let’s itself down when it comes to the frothing of the milk and heating.
