Tidy looking machine. Very plastic but looks good. I've had this for about 3 weeks and so far I have only used ground coffee. I have to say the coffee it produces is very weak. I have tried using the instructions to see if it is possible to brew a stronger coffee but I don't think it is possible. I only hope the coffee beans allows for a stronger cup to be brewed. The milk froths up well and the machine self cleans every time it's turned on/off. It has an energy saving function which also switches off after a while, and I'm not sure how to turn this off, if at all possible. Overall, good first time coffee machine, although disappointed in the ground coffee strength.

Love this machine. I like my coffee strong, so I select maximum strength every time and use premium beans. You won't be disappointed. Easy to keep clean too. You could use water that has already been filtered instead of using a filter directly in the machine, if you wish, but I'd always recommend using filtered water. Tip - Check your water hardness, with the provided tester, and set up your machine before you get into your daily flow of lovely coffee!

I have had 3 of these in as many months and each one stopped frothing the milk and heating it after several weeks. Looks lovely in the kitchen and the coffee was great but let’s itself down when it comes to the frothing of the milk and heating.

Great coffee machine. Had a Magnifica previously which recently died after many years service. This is a definite improvement with a much improved frother. Makes great coffee and looks really stylish. Very pleased!

I am really pleased with my purchase which replaced a pod machine. It’s easy to use and quick to start up. The coffee is amazing and has removed for me the disposal of used pods.

We have used our coffee machine a couple of times and we love it, it’s fairly easy to use & it makes great coffee, it’s like having our very own coffee shop, you can choose what styles and strength of coffee you want. It’s milk frother given a touch a luxury and a nice hot coffee. A great coffee machine overall.

Lovely machine but the information leaflet is a little overwhelming. It is best to just try one thing at a time then move on, there is so much to take in. We did have an issue with our machine after only 3 days but a phone call to De'Longhi advised a new machine which AO are in the process of providing. Can't wait to get our replacement machine.
