Cleaned the whole house when arrived, excellent cleaner, only problem hand held suction pipe keeps trying to come off I think holding clip should be both sides, bad design

Very big and bulky. Water only comes out of one side ?? doesn't dry in an hour like it says and stains come back once dry. So not really that happy with purchase

Easy to use, cleaned the entire 5 bedroom house in a few hours, just make sure you pre-vacuum before using the cleaner to reduce the time taken to post clean the vax itself. Saves a lot of money over renting the rug doctor. The vax comes with a 6 year warranty so peace of mind.

Purchased this carpet cleaner in order to revitalise my carpets as a cheaper alternative to replacing them. Have not yet used the machine as I intend to do so in the summer when the carpets will dry out faster.

Absolutely love this! Easy to put together - as with all things its a DIY job! My only personal gripe is that i had to refill the water cavity multiple times for one room but I suppose I would buy a bigger cleaner if I was doing this on a regular basis, and also, due to having dogs, despite hoovering beforehand, the main 'head' was full of hair that I could not remove even after moving the brush roll, I like to clean equipment and this head is not removeable to be able to do that. However, the carpets look brand new and the drying time was good drying within 24 hours completely. There is a bag of accessories so it can be used not only on carpets but also upholstery. For the price, i really cant grumble and family also get the benefit of using it as easily put into a car. Just slightly bigger and heavier than an upright. You wont be disappointed with this!

I’ve not used this yet but I have seen an earlier model in action and I was impressed and it didn’t have rotating brushes so hopefully this will be even better.
