This coffee maker is cheap you can't get your cup under the split and you put your thumb into the coffee when you make it

It’s ok and does the job. Here are the negatives in my opinion. The water container is too small, but this is the same with most coffee machines, sometimes the pods make a mess, i.e. the liquid doesn’t go directly into mug, for no apparent reason. However, this doesn’t happen very frequently. The bracket that holds the drip tray at a higher level gets in the way when using the lower level. It would be better if you could push the mug back further instead. I don’t understand why the flex is red - it doesn’t really go with most contemporary kitchens - black would do thanks! The general quality of the plastic doesn’t seem as good as our old Dolce Gusto Krups KP2000

Okay machine, was expecting it to be a bit bigger, but still makes a good coffee.

Easy to use. Lovely coffee. Makes a hotel cup than tge mini version, only improvement would be a larger tank of water.

A good machine that makes excellent coffee. The very obvious red cable detracts from the machine and needs to be hidden away. It is noisier than my old machine too, but I am generally pleased with my purchase.

quick & easy to use and makes great coffee; only downside is a limited choice of pods (compared to some other types of machine)

This is my 2nd De’Longhi coffee machine. I Love the look of this one, streamline and the water vessel is neat & tidy, lid bit of a faff but it looks good. The instructions don’t explain that by just lifting the lid it turns it on (so I’ll stop pressing buttons now!) it’s a bit noisier than my last machine hence 4* but the coffee is still brilliant

Lovely little machine. Small and compact. Drinks come out hot. Water container could do with being slightly bigger as empties very quickly for a family all having drinks. Lovely drinks
