We love this coffee machine - the espresso it produces is very good and the steam wand is reasonable for a home coffee machine. However, we've had two faults in the first six months now and whilst Smeg are happy to take it away and fix it, the design of the product does not make this easy to do. If you buy it - make sure you note the serial number, which for some unknown reason is on the bottom of a 15kg coffee machine. Great machine. So far riddled with problems. Maybe we got a lemon. I'm not sure.
