So easy to use and takes the hassle out of frothing the milk. Coffee great of course. I find the drink hot enough. You need to adjust to your own taste. Cleaning easy. I like the ability to change the hopper and have 2 different types of beans.

Really nice machine. Unboxing is very easy and idiotic proof setup. So far every coffee has been spot on. Look forward to the mornings to use it. Worth the money.

This is a really good bean to cup coffee machine. It is a a compact size and well designed too which means it doesn’t take over the kitchen like some worktop appliances! It was easy to put together and the tips and hints on the screen make it easy to keep working efficiently and prepare really tasty drinks. The milk frother is easy to store in the fridge when not being used and is easy to take apart for cleaning. The buying experience through ao.com was simple and delivery was next day as requested. Amazing product! Having beans really gives an authentic coffee shop feeling! Just pick you beans, and enjoy cup after cup! Never knew home coffee could be so good! I actually look forward to this each morning! It feels indulgent for an amazing price!

I really wanted a machine where I could press one button and get a latte. Unfortunately the machine comes with a water setting that puts too much water through the coffee and makes it bitter. It took a long time to work out how to fix this, but once I did the coffee was lovely. However, the machine does not heat the milk very well and so milky coffees are lukewarm at best and therefore need to be drunk immediately. Unfortunately we have now had to revert back to our trusty milk frother and are regretting spending the extra on having a machine that made milky coffees.

Makes great coffee and very handy to have a removable milk container that goes in the fridge between uses.Very close to the coffee shop equivalent.

We have only had our machine for a month but are loving the variety of coffees this machine can make. So easy to use, saves the type of coffees you use on a regular basis. I love it.
