    Missing Samsung Screws

The product does not have samsumg standard 45mm M8 screws. Had to buy them seperately. Otherwise, the bracket is very elegant.

    Heavy

This thing is likely heavier than your TV. So bear that in mind, though it is crazy secure once you've hooked it all together. Read the assembly instructions otherwise you're in trouble.

    wall bracket

    3/5
The bracket was complicated to assemble and not easy to finally secure the TV. this bracket came with three plastic plugs and three bolts which was very helpful. the bracket was strong but there are at least 10 individual pieces to assemble. The instructions are basic but cover what you need to know.

TV not centered if bracket is in the center

    3/5
This could well be user error but I couldn't find anything in the fitting instructions to advice where to fit the bracket on the wall. I fitted the bracket in the center of the wall assuming that would mean the TV would sit centrally when the TV is pushed back against the wall. Unfortunately this is not the case. When the TV is flat against the wall it sits about 10cm off centre to the right.

sturdy wall bracket with bolts not long enough to use

    3/5
sturdy wall bracket with bolts not long enough to use, so tradesman had to go the shop to get the right bolts to go into the tv, the pack only had 35 mm bolts to go in the tv and needed 45 mm bolts, this added to my bill for the tradesman putting up the bracket and tv.

    Could be better

Bought this as seemed to be compatible with Samsung tv we bought alongside it. Sanus website claimed compatibility, however screws to attach bracket to tv were wrong size. Had to make a trip to diy store to get correct screws, only a few more pence but hassle I didn’t need. Once up it’s very secure and unobtrusive
