Worked well for 3 months with no issues at all then it started sticking in the cycle. The engineer came out and there was no fault apparently I just had to buy feet to stabilise the machine and an inflatable bag to sit under the counter. Good washing machine when it works but you need a science degree to get it to spin. Too much/too little. It sticks at 28 mins then sticks at 7 mins. Can't just throw in some tshirts and a hoodie as thats uneven and it refuses to spin. Anything heavier than tshirts and its game over. Really unhappy with it and really would love to swap it for something else. Its just not good enough for the price paid. Can't just throw the washing in and get on with my day need to keep going and adjusting and checking to see if its spinning.

Superb little washer v quiet and a great price. Small and compact but powerful enough for our family. From sports clothes to baby clothes - all great! Love that we can adjust the settings temperature and timings too. The audible sound and tunes are great too!

Product seems great so far. 8kg load seems fine for solo needs. Minimal noise. Program selection is intuitive and plenty of options for eco washes.

Worst washing machine I have ever purchased for the easy to use factor. The door feels cheap,, doesn't feel like it's going to last,, always need to be aware on where to place hand to open door. Not all programmes are set to a temperature so it has to be manually done. The washer has taken the fun factor out of doing the laundry. Doesn't clean clothes great either. My old washer was perfect until it broke after years and years.
