Happy with the product. Does what it says on the tin.

Really pleased with this machine. It has easy to use programming and some quick wash settings too. I even like using the app to check when it's finished washing, I didn't think I'd use it.I bought it on promotion and now have 5 year warranty on parts and labour and 10 years warranty on parts for the direct drive included.

Great washing machine I love the way you can make your own programs on the app. Looks lovely and is super quiet.

Very good washing machine. Relatively easy to use, and has some very good functional cycles you can download. LG ThinQ app works very well and has some extra features which will be put to good use. Standard to install and setup, no real hassle.

Nice machine. Very quiet even when spinning. Lots of programmes. We noticed that with the smart washes if you put in wet items it thinks there is a larger dry load do it increases the was time. E.g if you throw in say 5 sheets it may come up with a was time of 1h 30mins. If you had soaked the same sheets first then throw them in wet it may now say 3h for the wash. But knowing that we can work around it or dont use a smart cycle.

Very quiet, looks like a solid machine. no issues with LG, great fridge freezer and TV. Can connect and start machine from App, seem less connection, no problems. love the AI function that adjust machine operation based on load.

Replaced a previous LG machine that lasted a good 9 years. Easy to use, very quiet and appears to work well. Great having a 9kg drum especially for loads such as towels and bedding. Great having the option of using the app to set the washer going whilst ur away from home.
