First oven was faulty. Door was offset to one side by 6mm and the door caught the cabinet side when trying to close. A call by Hotpoint engineer confirmed poor quality and authorised a replacement oven. New oven arrived in quick time and all is well. Despite the setback, would choose Hotpoint and Use AO again.

great oven, very easy instructions, looks very smart, love the knobs which are pushed in when not in use very quick to heat to temperature and a notification noise when reached really quiet fan Brilliant Great value

Very good,just read the instructions and away you go.get used to the cooking times as the Oven might be slightly different to your old one.Make sure you put the metal wire rack in the correct way round ie the metal grab rail to the front.Also the electric Oven timer clock can be switched Off at your BIG RED switch on the Wall so you are not using any Electricity,but must be switched on and clock reset all 00:00 to start the Oven,it only takes seconds to do.The slide out Rails are a good idea and very usefull for a Big Roast.

Really impressed with this oven so far. No issues.

Only four weeks from delivery but so far so good but needs a more detailed manual to make settings control clearer.

The oven looks very good, it’s smart and very spacious inside. It heats up quickly and seems to cook evenly; only had it a week or two but with a normal use seems to work well. Installed it myself and it is very light. Simple and easy to use. Some negatives maybe that the clock is quite large and orange colour which maybe makes it feel a bit old and also whilst the dials do retract (which was a key design need to fit with our other oven) when turning the dial it feels a little light and cheap compared to more expensive brand but that does not affect performance. Very happy with the oven and would recommend it.
