First oven was faulty. Door was offset to one side by 6mm and the door caught the cabinet side when trying to close. A call by Hotpoint engineer confirmed poor quality and authorised a replacement oven. New oven arrived in quick time and all is well. Despite the setback, would choose Hotpoint and Use AO again.

The oven looks very good, it’s smart and very spacious inside. It heats up quickly and seems to cook evenly; only had it a week or two but with a normal use seems to work well. Installed it myself and it is very light. Simple and easy to use. Some negatives maybe that the clock is quite large and orange colour which maybe makes it feel a bit old and also whilst the dials do retract (which was a key design need to fit with our other oven) when turning the dial it feels a little light and cheap compared to more expensive brand but that does not affect performance. Very happy with the oven and would recommend it.

Had to replace our old oven, and made a good choice with this one! Heats up very quickly, has a large capacity, plus keeps food hotter for longer. Impressed with the steam functions too.

Good clean lines and controls simple and intuitive to use. Visual guide as to when the oven is up to temperature in very helpful. Very easy installation.

Excellent product for baking required a new oven as my old one popped its fan, saw this one and like all the facilities built in I haven't used them all as if yet. But the steam facility is excellent for moist meat and none crusty bread. Compact oven and very good does what it says on the tin

Smart black oven with brushed stainless handle and dials. Dials push in flush. Cavity back is quite large so make sure sockets for the oven aren’t positioned in the same housing.
