Massive Fridays with very little actual storage space. Designed by someone who has never lived with a fridge. Butter draw snapped clean off on first day, has no positive user features at all. Doesn’t even look as good as expected. Don’t waste your money, but a proper brand

The experience was really disappointing.... I was sent a European Fridge, have had to engage with SMEG to fix to UK myself and my builders also had issues with the delivery team who shouted at them for not being able to get in contact with me.

+ve: Lovely to look at in the kitchen- quite a focal point. -ve: Door is difficult to open, requires quite a bit of strength. It then won't open again immediately after closing, so if you forget to take something out you have to wait.

Best fridge I’ve ever had!! It’s even got a draw where you can keep smelly stuff in without it stinking out the rest of the fridge, like stinky cheese! Perfect and very substantial!

Yes, it’s expensive but looks great and has left-hand hinge option which was crucial for us. Replaced an old Smeg which lasted 18 years until various bits wore out. This one has better capacity and layout. Great range of colour options as well.

Gorgeous fridge, vast improvement on the old one which I’d had for nearly 17 years. It feels much more solid, the salad drawer is more substantial and there is more room on the shelves. I shopped around and AO was the best price. Great customer service all round.

Expensive bit of cool kit. Well built and looks the part.

Love it! A quality product which obviously has had a lot of input to the details. Only slight issue is the freezer door catch seems a little flimsy compared to the rest of the product but we'll see if it stands the test of time
