What a amazing freezer

very pleased, worked very well and no sign if the freezer frost

Bought this to replace a Hotpoint freezer that kept filling up with frost, haven't had it long so apart from it working ok so far can't comment much. The Hotpoint had a digital temp display and an internal light which I miss on this new one

Brilliant freezer. Lots of space & really good styling exactly what we were looking for. One thing that attracted us to this particular freezer was the fact we could put it in our garage and not worry about it not working in winter as most freezers will not work properly in a very cold environment, but this one works at extremely low temperatures. Would definitely recommend this freezer.

Bought this freezer as a replacement for my old Beco. Was surprised that the fast freezer sections at the top were open with no flaps. Rang AO who said I’d have to speak with Beco direct which I did. Was advised by their customer services they no longer fit the flaps. I asked how could it fast freeze? They couldn’t really answer but agreed to send me two out (at no cost) for me to fit. Hope they come soon as nothing is freezing in the top two compartments despite the freezer having now been switched on for more than 72 hours. The rest of the freezer with the drawers is working okay. If it wasn’t for this I would’ve given more stars. However the service from AO was really good.

Perfect for family Had problem with the fan not working, but Freezer technician sorted it out in no time.

Freezer is a good size. Top fast freeze compartments are quick. Spacious and looks good. Parts were missing, but hopefully get it sorted soon. Overall nice freezer.
