Sub-standard sliding door fixings which have broken in less than a month. Contacted both AO.com and Hisense. The latter said we'll send you another plastic replacement and that's it - these really need metal fixings and 4 sliders, not 3. So, somehow we've got to figure out how to change the broken plastic part ourselves once we receive it. Both AO and Hisense seem to be fobbing us off onto the other. Had only just ordered the fridge as well but will be cancelling. Really disappointed given all the glowing reviews they seem to receive.

On phone with in 3 hours of delivery to say take it back, so very very noisy and back of product very hot, not able to touch!!!

Delivered Super quick by AO.COM Tuesday 28th July Started using Wednesday 29th July, Entire freezer Defrosted by Friday morning lost the lot! AO were brilliant sent me an entirely different make and gave refund of the difference. THIS REVIEW IS FOR PRODUCT ONLY NOT AO.COM AO.COM dealt were brilliant.. Upon contacting Hisense for compensation for loss of food told "In regards to the loss of food as the repair company we are unable to offer any compensation. You may be able to claim from your home insurance"

Perfect, great size.

Good product, lots of freezer space. Only negative is that the motor is quite noisy.

Really pleased with simple practical product. Door hinge kit was not easiest to fit but works well and open door alarm flashing light works surprisingly well

plenty of storage in the upright freezer, and useful slim drawer ideal for ice cube maker etc., and again plenty of drawer space to be able to organise contents well. the only problem i have had since it was installed was it making a sound like a pneumatic drill every 45mins or so, but contacted AO and they arranged for an engineer to call back and rectify the problem, so hopefully it wont be an issue for too much longer.
