I am very happy with my purchase & usually AO are spot-on with delivery I have bought from you several times. The problems where with DPD with it being Christmas they where extremely busy but to say your delivery is tomorrow then for it not to arrive is extremely annoying. When it ends up being delivered a week later than expected annoyed is mild to say the least. Customer service from your staff where helpful but they can only relay to me what they are told. DPD would be better letting you know by lunch time if they are not delivering that day so you are not waiting in all day.

It looks good when installed. Installation was easy. It has functioned well and instructions in the manual are good. It will be sometime before we use all of its functions but all is well so far. Appears to be a good product.

Great product.

We brought this microwave after looking through reviews and because of the name, we thought it would be quality but we were wrong. Within 2 months the door latch failed, this took three weeks for delivery and in total the microwave was out of action for nearly 2months. A month after the repair was made the bulbs fail and an engineer come out for a second time to fix a fault. Now nearly a year after purchase again we are waiting for an engineer to come out as it is not working. Overall for the price it’s an expensive basic microwave which doesn’t do anything special, you are paying for the name and not features. I just wish I was able to see it before purchase as I would have looked around.

Matches our smeg classica oven perfectly. Great delivery, product slightly disfigured around the logo on the face of the unit (at the bottom), not sure if it’s meant to look like it but looks terrible against the light. Being a reflective material it massively exaggerates the warped, uneven surface around the logo! I managed to push it in slightly to make it less noticeable, but not perfect. Apart from that it seems to be good ??

It is well made and has a stainless steel interior. The controls take a bit of time to get used to. It is quiet in operation and cooks well.. It is a fitted appliance but they put the fitting instructions inside the microwave and you have to plug it in before the door will open. The instructions then tell you that you can open the door, using a suction cup ! Please. put this information on the outside of the unit in future

Looks good and seems to work well, time is lost if the power is off easy to fit

Nice looking and good, easy to use features except for the door can only be opened when power is on. Firstly all the instructions on how to connect were in the closed microwave. (and therefore unaccessible). And lets just hope when we are cooking food we dont have a power cut.
