Because the new Smeg microwave had to replace and existing built in appliance it had to fit exactly, so the dimensions shown on the AO web sight was intrinsic to assuring us that it would. The controls are very simple to use and as yet we have not used the Grill facility but look forward to trying more adventurous new meals. The stainless steel surround is easy to clean and overall it looks very smart in our kitchen. Maybe next a matching oven.

Great product - easy to install. Didn't come with a 3-pin plug but easy to buy one and wire it.

Very pleased with my Smeg purchase clean lines along with that quality stainless finish. The fitting into the cabinet was spot on and securing was straightforward via the instructions attached. The microwave is slightly louder than my previous although this is not a problem just an observation ! I have not used the grill function as yet. Happy !

Bought same model to replace previous one that stopped working and wasn't fixable. Microwave design is really nice looking and has been updated (improved) slightly with bigger door and inside capacity but still same overall dimensions. Was easy to install and set up so just hope this one stands the test of time!

Really nice appliance. It feels solid and wouldn't look out of place in a professional kitchen. Would've been five stars, but you need to set the clock before operation, which could be a bit inconvenient in the long run.

Purchased to replace a Smeg microwave that we had for over 15 years. Fitted perfectly in the hole in the oak cabinet due to the fact that Smeg keep the same size of product over the years. Very powerful and quiet, very pleased with the microwave.
