It’s a simple freezer - just keeps things frozen - what more you you really need. It just doesn’t have a posh badge but does the job.

Only basic features, but for the money I think it would be hard to beat this little freezer. Dimensions are exactly as described so it fitted perfectly, and the internal space is excellent for its overall size. The three drawers are all spacious. It's been running for a week, and it's quiet and freezes quickly. This model also has a fire-retardant metal back, which provides peace of mind.

This freezer arrived in good condition and was as described in the specification. Convenient sized drawers and easy to change the door opening side.

Replaced a similar freezer we had for over 25yrs. The Hi Sense has run quietly and efficiently now for several weeks, definitely more economical than our old freezer and holds enough frozen food for us. Do be aware that with this model you need to leave an adequate gap, 75 -100mm, each side and back for cooling (the sides get warm) which was not a problem where we have located it but would be a problem if space was tight!

I’m so happy with my new freezer. It’s silent, roomy and stylish too. Definitely recommend!

Seamless ordering process, rapid delivery and simple takeaway of old product. Freezer is perfect as an additional space to store lots of bread etc. AO has done it again, would highly recommend.

Simple to use, good quality build and very efficient. Draws are sturdy and it stores a good amount. In my opinion, better than more expensive models which hold less.
