Product does not work. Three days after it's turned on it's not remotely cold. Manufacturer sending an engineer two weeks after I told them it doesn't work.

The product has stopped working after a week and AO is not assisting in resolving the situation. They are passing the buck to HiSense.

Terrible freezer. It freezes up and ices up so fast you can't access food in the drawers. This replaced a freezer that we'd had for around 20 years, that we've downgraded to the shed, which is functioning better than this new one. Dread having to get food out of this freezer for the time and struggle involved!

Serves its purpose

Bought as recommended by a well known consumer testing company. Was not expecting to have to defrost every month.

The fridge is good but it is small, I think i expected just a touch bigger, its fine for a single person in a flat but not much else i imagine. There is a lot of room in the door to get rid of all those jars and cans but very little room for vegetables, i imagine a cauliflower would fill half a shelf front to back. Its clean and sleek though and looks good.

Great product especially at the price bracket that it falls in to, very spacious and overall good build quality. My only gripe would be that even on the lowest setting (highest temp) it does freeze the front of each compartment quite a bit resulting in ice going everywhere when you try and open the draws and for this reason I’m giving it 4/5 stars.

a no frills product,the only problem was the top drawer was damaged and it seems to be an issue getting the replacement
