Not great as within two days of receiving the product it started spitting brown water at medium heat with the steam function on. Not really acceptable for a new product, especially at this price

Feels quality just a little on the heavy side

Amazing product, I brought this due to my last one breaking, was quick delivery as allways, the product is very good the only issue is its rather heavy when the tank in the iron is full, and due to my partner having on set arthritis it dose become a strain after a while.other than that would recommend to anyone.

I really like the design of the iron and the steam it produces is very good. The opening to fill it with water is very good too as is a reasonable size, much better than my previous iron. The iron is quite large and heavy, this didn’t matter to me, but might be helpful to know if it is a factor.

Brilliant iron, fantastic steam function, little let down on the vertical steam function

Item arrived with scratches from unsecured plug, but AO dealt with the matter quickly. Iron itself is great, so much better than the Bosch I was using. Cut down my ironing time, has a large water tank and looks good.

Balanced iron that’s functions well

Good iron and works fast, detailed easy instructions. Only issues are that it's pretty hefty, and the steam trigger is in a bit of an inconvenient spot.
