Door seal needs to be gently worked into place... We are absolutely delighted with this wine cooler however, by chance, we noticed the cooler seal was not, well, sealing to the unit. A little kneading when warm to pull the seal out a bit and into place worked well. Would I recommend this cooler? Absolutely 5* for quality and design. I also changed the door to open from the right. This is a 2 person job, especially when you come to removing the door. A bit tricky but job done.

This is a replacement product for our old wine cooler that drew its last breath recently. It’s shelves have slightly less gap between them than the previous make but Prosecco bottles still fit. This is shown as a G rated for energy but this is under the new rules and if purchasing late 2020 it would have been an A rated so energy consumption is decent and it is much, much quieter than my previous cooler. It loses a star just for looking exactly the same as my old one (Baumatic) but it is a new model. I was hoping for some changes/new gimmicks.

Arrived with a damaged handle but issue was quickly resolved by AO customer service and a replacement arrived but courier overnight. The wine cooler looks stunning - quality way exceeded expectations!

Looks good. Seems quiet enough and got down to temperature quickly. The shelves can be removed if you want to store Champagne. The light comes on when you open the door Very happy with it.

Very well packaged, easy instructions and works like it is supposed to. Very quiet compared with my previous model so an improvement all round. Worth the buy.

I had a much earlier mode of this which finally gave up the ghost , this one is the up to date replacement and I am very happy with it :)
