Really please with the wine cooler, looks smart and keeps the wine nicely chilled in style

We bought this to replace the Lamona wine fridge which we’ve had for the last 4 years, due to the compressor failing and our repair man telling us it would be cheaper to buy a brand new wine fridge. Really impressed with the look and overall quality of this CDA model also the service provided by ao.com. This item also comes with a 5 year warranty so hopefully if history repeats itself then we should be covered for a full repair. Our old wine fridge was also so loud, you could hear it from the room next door whereas this one is so quiet in comparison. Definitely recommend.

Hi I would like to start by saying AO.COM is a great company to order from very simple and easy, always a bonus. The wine cooler we ordered was a fantastic price cheapest about by £100 and let’s face it we all like to save money. There was a slight mix up with the delivery which was neither us or AO.COM. But when I rang them to explain to the lady who I spoke with was excellent and so polite and nothing was too much and arranged the wine cooler to be delivered next day which was a Saturday with no extra charge, and continuing our delightful conversation she add once the wine cooler is full I’ll pop in for a wine,which I added your more then welcome. Just all round great company with outstanding staff which is rare these days, as we have all experienced the total opposite. The product is great, looks good, easy to set-up, controls are very straightforward, well made. However, the guarantee is not quite what you might think. The two years parts and labour is fine; the 5 year parts guarantee means that you pay a substantial fixed fee for the engineer to come out, if he can fix then the parts used are free, if he can't fix it then tough. So, in years 3-5, unless you already know what is wrong with it, then you risk the entire call out fee because the engineer may not be able to repair it and you end up still with a broken appliance and even less money. I know this because I had one of these before and said to myself I wouldn't buy another one. After I had searched around for the many available on the market, I returned to this one because it's still a reasonable balance of capability, price and length of (real) guarantee.

Right size, easily installed under counter. Does the job perfectly well.

I have the cooler for a week, the cooler does the job so far. However, sometimes its a bit loud. (not very loud but i could hear some noises). The racks although feels thin and flimsy but it carries the bottles.

Haven't had the wine cooler long enough to write a review on it, that said competitive price and excellent service from AO as always - thank you.

Excellent wine fridge, fast delivery! Love the uv filter and the fact you can leave the light on to show off your wine!
