    Rattled and was very loud

    1/5
The first one whined and shuddered. I caught it trying to walk across the floor and leave. The second was equally loud but thankfully stayed in place, but still far too loud to be usable. I was saved by AO's amazing service, but after the second dud, I moved onto another brand and am much happier.

Terrible shock absorption - shook the whole house!

    1/5
I purchased this unit for our new house, and it caused us so much stress. Possibly our worst ever purchase. As soon as the machine ran a spin cycle, it would vibrate so violently that the contents of our kitchen cabinets, drawers and fridge would rattle and move about. The noise was unbearable, and could be heard (and felt) throughout the whole house including upstairs. An engineer visited us and replaced a part 2 weeks later, but also stated that it might just be our floor that was the problem - we found this ridiculous, but it made us worry nonethless. After the visit the issue was worse, and the vibrations caused a leak at the cold water inlet. Cue multiple support calls with LG's outsourced support center where they refused to take any responsibility until another engineer could visit and produce a report, which would be more weeks without a working washing machine. After a month's worth of complaints to LG culminating in an hour long support call where they refused to help once more, AO thankfully were able to refund the item. I replaced it with a Bosch and lo and behold, the machine doesn't vibrate at all and runs perfectly. If you experience issues with this product, don't be gaslit into thinking the machine is fine - the shock absorption is rubbish, and not fit for purpose on a 10kg machine.

Easy to install and use. Very quiet when running. Quick wash is a proper bonus! Bought as part of a kitchen project and the colour matches nicely- definitely didn’t want a white washing machine!! All good and would recommend

In the week I've had the machine it has been used daily on washing and drying cycles and we are happy with the results so far. It is easy to use, quiet in operation, and feels solid. I'm pleased with it and it feels more robust than our previous machine.

The washer dryer is good cleans well and really quiet. It's made doing laundry much easier and dare I say, almost a pleasure! I've not used all the programs yet and still figuring them out but very pleased with my purchase.
