I bought this to replace an integrated Miele freezer which had failed at 12 years old. The size is essentially the same, but I'm finding the varying style of compartment more useful than the all-drawers design of the Miele. Building it in was fairly straightforward, although the instructions are in the form of a large sheet of diagrams without any accompanying text (presumably in order to be language-agnostic). It was necessary to spend an hour or so to correctly identify the various parts and to work out exactly what went where. The positioning in the enclosure has to be accurate to the millimetre, so do take the time to get it right, as otherwise bad things can happen, like the door won't close. All in all I'm happy with it, and did I mention that the price of the equivalent Miele unit is £700 more?

Ordered the freezer online and was delivered super fast, The Freezer is a lot more spacious than the old freezer and is virtually silent. Highly recommended both the freezer and AO !

Perfect freezer, lots of storage space, extra large drawers for storing large items e.g gateaux. Drawers open perfectly flat to allow items to slide in without spilling. Will store enough food to see me through a zombie apocalypse! Thumbs up.

Lovely product and energy efficient.

Lovely size, two shelves at the top and plenty of drawer space. Particularly like the two ‘Big Box’ shelves. With a large family to feed I’m sure I could even fit our Christmas Turkey in one! Also ideal for keeping large homemade Baked Alaska ready for the oven, which I’ve never been able to do before.

Unsure of this as we're having some teething problems. Alarm has been beeping since we turned it on as it's struggling to keep down at the right temperature. Then suddenly found a few shelves had frosted over and food has defrosted. Unsure yet whether it's a problem with the freezer or the cupboard door fitting. Have taken fitted cupboard door off to see if freezer sorts itself out. Otherwise, the freezer had looked promising, with a good mix of drawers and drop down doors.
