Not happy. It is not freezing anything very well and keeps going off with the temperature alarm. I have to keep it on superfreeze just to keep the stuff half frozen. Bosch won't come out for three weeks, and then I had to twist the guy on the phone's arm. he just kept saying he couldn't suggest anything, until I asked if I could have an engineer. Reluctantly agreed. This was a nearly £600 freezer.

Nice freezer Let down by bad build quailty Side panels rippled instead of being flat. Complained to Ao they then offered compo.

Not as big as I thought,

Previously had AEG and wanted to replace like for like but size not available (limited to my kitchen layout). Chose Bosch as I have other appliances and confident with the brand. So far (only two weeks), both the freezer and fridge are working fine so i cannot comment on performance. Space is almost as good as my previous AEG and aesthetics are pleasing too.

Runs quietly and does what it is supposed to. Some of the instructions are not as clear as they could be.

Good freezer with plenty of storage space.

Very good and efficient. Quickly froze and kept all the products from our old freezer. Some of the fast freeze instructions are quite obscure - e.g. about when to us eand where to put room temperature products for freezing.

Upright Freezer was chosen as replacement for old Bosh that was over 15 years old representing good value for money. If this one lasts as long I will be very pleased
