    Disappointed

    1/5
Coffee grinder was given to my son on Xmas day. We plugged it in and it wouldn’t turn on. Unplugged it and my daughter got an electric shock. My husband changed the fuse and plugged it in again. Still would be turn on. He u plugged it and got a big electric shock. Still trying to get hold of someone from AO to arrange return.

    A bit disappointed

    3/5
I bought this as a replacement for a similar Krups grinder that had lasted 10 years. The original still worked but as the burrs wore I had needed to adjust it to the finest setting with no further adjustment possible. Also the start button was broken. With the new machine, it is already set at the finest setting which doesn't bode well, and the start button is problematic - you need to press quite hard at the top of the button, so how long is that going to last? A good price for a burr grinder and it is doing the job, but not as easy to use as the last one and not sure how long it will last.

    Good vLue

This is the second I’ve had and the first lasted a good while. It’s main drawback is that it’s very loud, which is a challenge if you’re up first making coffee in the morning. Would recommend as most burr grinders are much more expensive and you definitely don’t want a blade one.

    Efficient and adaptable

Smart, compact, efficient and not too noisy or expensive. The ability to vary the fineness of grind between expresso and cafetière quality is very helpful.
