Very disappointed- had it for just over a year (March 21) and the numbers to set time etc started coming off a while ago but now it is broken altogether. May not be the most expensive but it isn’t cheap, so definitely not a brand I’ll buy again.

Poor quality and half keys of key pad didn't work.

Easy to use although touchpad feels a little flimsy. Seems to keep condensation in a lot, something my previous 30 year old microwave didn't do.

I've never had a touch screen microwave before and it took me a little time to get used to not having knobs to turn, but it's quick and easy and I'm now a convert! I also like having the clock which returns to the correct time after each cooking session and stays on thereafter.

Being disabled was dificult to handle and unpack. Product was good and easy to use. Now I'm stuck with all the pacakaging to get rid of, including all the non-recyclable poly.

All works as it should quite big good functions, nothing groundbreaking but does exactly what you need

First time owning an all-digitally controlled microwave, having been used to dial-based microwaves in the past. It turns out it's a lot easier to use than I first thought it would be. Just as well, as I don't want to be spending 10 minutes trying to figure out how to reheat my cup of tea! Never heard of Hisense before, but compared to the 'Sharp' model it's replacing it does look pretty slick, and well constructed. The front door is a bit on the flimsy side, but i'm not worried it will fall apart any time soon. I've seen other reviews bemoaning the lack of an 'open' button, but I think i actually prefer the minimalist-looking door handle. It's a budget microwave, so it's not going to set the world on fire, but it's good enough for the price, and is spacious for a 23 Litre microwave. You could buy far FAR worse for comparable money.

Had it about a week now and can’t fault it for the price. I don’t use most of the more advanced features (haven’t yet at least) but it’s going well so far.
